Order Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are made to order, each item is produced after your order is placed.
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production delays, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other issues outside of our control.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States.

We currently ship to customers within the United States.
If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to help you look into the issue.
Separate Shipments
Some items may ship separately depending on the products ordered and fulfillment availability. If your order arrives in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
